Coaching Methodology

"I work as a leadership coach and consultant. I am particularly interested in exploring how leaders make decisions, how those decisions or policies impact stakeholders and of course, how to improve their relationship with uncertainty, risk and decision making. I draw on many disciplines including neuroscience, psychology and behavioural economics as well as the impact of emotions on decision making. I am a Cognitive Behavioural Coach (CBT) trained in Neuro Semantics.

My approach to coaching is a mix of consulting and coaching. Helping a client to first explore their own needs, ideas, strategies and learnings from past experience and then supporting their growth with best practices, ideas and knowledge. I am a very practical coach and like to see coachees in action and so will often sit in on meetings, observe minutes or consult with a coachee's colleagues to get the most out of a coaching engagement. I am often asked to work with clients who don’t believe in coaching or don’t feel they need it. This is my favourite gig!"

"THANK YOU for the breakthrough, eye opening and motivating coaching session yesterday. I can’t believe the shift in me after only 1 session. You're amazing, Coach Tremaine." MK, Director, Feb 2016

Coaching Methodology

"Exposure to diverse nationalities, languages and beliefs has helped me become open to and skilled at communicating with people of all nationalities and faiths. I bring this sensitivity to my coaching sessions in both the corporate and non-profit arenas where my passion is to inspire people to be the best they can be. Witnessing my coachees realise their strengths, value and worthiness is my goal. I feel hugely fulfilled when the people I work with thrive as a result of new empowering beliefs, habits and actions. With more self-belief anything is possible. Every day I'm inspired by the strength and resourcefulness of my clients - another reason I love the work that I do as a coach."
